This marks our 1st out of Thailand trip together (besides Bintan and Msia).
Hong Kong, Hong Kong, hope it will be all smooth-sailing.
It was a pretty last minute trip.
Tix wwas $288/pax on Cathay Pacific. Lucky us. :)
I had to work in the morning and rush straight home after work to the airport.
*pant*
After approx 5hrs flight on CX,
we reached! I wasn't that excited cos' this was my 3rd trip to HK. Guess someone else was… look at his face. :P
This trip we stayed at M1 Hotel, Portsland Road (Yau Ma Tei)
so we took a bus to YMT
Bus no. A21 HK$33/pax
Mood went down when someone kept giving me wet blanket on the hotel room booked. Seriously if the man is so picky, he should jolly well book the room next time. The prob is I am already NOT complaining. Pls la auntie. So I didn't snap any pics of the room. Anyway the room was really small. The toilet was only fit for 1 pax to turn 360 deg. lol.. What you see below is what you get. There was hardly any space to walk. You may have to learn to walk like a crab. bleh.
Ok, let's say, the price of $150/night at peak season with a fantastic location, clean rooms, there is really nothing much more to complain.
Temple street is just in front to the left of our hotel :) How's that to satisfy a hungry man ANYTIME. I could just tell him "Hungry ah? Go downstairs grab yourself a bite" lolll
Perfect weather too… it's like 17 deg.
