Max called me this morning to relate his fairy-tale episode that happened last week. Never have I heard him sooo.... happy before. ^^ He's been out with someone whom he knew for 2 years but never really talked to. Somehow she was just a "Hi" "Bye" acquaintance that became a special person who attracted my kawan so deeply that he wanted so much to talk to me haha. I see why he's attracted cos' she's exuded a balance of everything that he likes! Career-minded, pretty, good dress sense, mature, sweet, child-like on the soft side, filial and consistent. Which guy wouldn't love all these attributes n virtues? :)
The odds are very clear here but I realise that the "No one is perfect" rule still stands... it's only when one gets together for sometime, the ugly truth will reveal. Till then, one will need to make some more adjustments in our lives to accomodate to the situation. Somehow I question the phrase "No pain, no gain" and "U'll never know what's in until U find out yourself". Just who is brave enough to leave the comfort zone and embrace the unknown, the unexpected outcome and uncertainty of risks?
