Take some time people.... and reflect on these verses.
Matt 12:34-35
34 You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.
Prov 12:18-19
18 Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing. 19 Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.
Prov 15:14
14 The discerning heart seeks knowledge, but the mouth of a fool feeds on folly.
Prov 10:19
19 When words are many, sin is not absent, but he who holds his tongue is wise.
We are to be quick to listen with our two ears and slow to speak with our one mouth so that we are slow to anger.

to not hurt another and make enemies,
