There's something about Pepperlunch I really love.
The sizzling hot teppan, the fresh ingredients, the ability to customize…
...add egg, cheese, corn…
and grounded black PEPPERRRRR.
Pepper is actually not good for Blood Type A, in fact the rest of the Blood Types too.
Some tips about Pepper:
1. It's better to use whole black pepper and grinded when needed.
2. Because grounded pepper are prone to molds forming and covering the pepper and it could stimulate allergies
Just so you know,
I've always been quite an advocate on Blood Type Diet.
I've bought a book on 'Eat Right for Your Blood Type' years ago too after I'm so into acquiring more knowledge in blood type diet.
I used to make copies of the individual diet plans and distribute it to my colleagues whom I wanna help due to their health problems or have the same blood type as me.
Blood A has the worst and boring diet food around that's proven to be beneficial for A's overall health.
Blood Type A also has a history of low immune, little gastric juices and hereditary roots from their veg farming ancestors.
Luckily I love vegetables and LOVE salmon.
But coffee, pepper, meat, cheese and sashimi is BAD. HUR :(
I must have MORE of fruits rich in Vit C, Green Tea and not skip meals.
Boo….
I used to skip meals or just have 1 siew mai for breakfast
when @ work or bun for lunch which is really bad
cos' it contains processed meats.
I knew it all along but it's the convenience that I fell for.
