Hong Kong Trip - Day 3

Started using my new Juicy hp case. Have always been on the look out for nice silicone case to add some buffer to possible shock absorption. Translucent is perfect so my Julius PF can still be seen. Awesome la.
Got this grey oversized Adidas sweater $100+ for $60.
Ok... it did serve its purpose for the cold weather la.
Long, fuzzy, easy to match.
Part of the itinerary was Mido Cafe :)
Love this cafe since the last trip when Wing and Kerng brought us there.
Bonus is that Mido is @ Temple Street and just in front, to the left of our hotel :)

Ad reminds me of Wing, the 123-close eye stunt. haha
*looks at my Jms* ^^
This marks the 2nd and last day to shop.
I wanted to go to Argyle Centre that Tracy told me about for 'Far East Plaza' - style clothes.
Ad suggested we go try out Fa Yuen, the famous sports street to take a look.
Don't think I've been to these 2 places before, so I'm quite excited.

Argyle Centre 旺角中心
MTR Mongkok (Exit D2)
688 Nathan Road, Mongkok
* Shops open @ 12noon onwards...

We reached Argyle at 10+am but the shops were still not opened. So we walked down to Fa Yuen St first. Instead, we ended up at Tung Choi Ladies Street so I decided to get myself a pair of boots to combat the 13deg weather. Got a super comfy Mahagony boots @ only SGD$30.
D. CHEAP. happs laaa

Returned to Argyle Centre and got myself 2 work pants @ SGD$10 each and Ad got some Ts for just SGD$5. Generally, the 99% clothes displayed were for winter. Hong Kong would definitely be a great place to shop in Summer.

Fa Yuen Street 花园街
MTR Mongkok (Exit B3)

I remember this mobile softee from the last HK trip when we went to G.O.D :)
Walked the whole Fa Yuen Street, the shops sold almost the same stuff.
Ad finally decided on a pair of yellow Nike sneaks @ SGD$80+.
Good deal.

Lastly, something not to be missed. Xu Liu Shan - checked.

No time no time. I'd try Langham Place Shopping Mall (@Mongkok) the next time. It's said to have lots of cult brands like I.T, H+M, Staccato, Nars, Lush, Jill Stuart, etc.. Next, off to Causeway Bay.

Causeway Bay 銅鑼灣
MTR Causeway Bay

Not having any more hopes of shopping at this moment already.
But the shops @ Causeway Bay gave the boy a gleam of hope - Armani Exchange, I.T, Hugo, CK, etc.. So we quickly grabbed a bite @ Sogo and continued exhausting our already tired legs on this very last night. Sorry, very limited Char Chan Teng @ Causeway Bay to immerse into any HK local delights.

I love having a hot cuppa in this cold weather.
Delighted to see Pacific Coffee at the end of Kingston Street
อยากหยุดเวลาและกอดเธอไว้แน่นๆ

รู้มั้ยว่าตัวเองคิดอะไรอยู่ตอนนี้ ...

I wanted to catch the Avenue of The Stars @ Victoria Harbour, Tsim Sha Tsui, 8pm.

Avenue of The Stars 星光大道
MTR Tsim Sha Tsui East Station (Exit J)

Love the view :)
BB's like 10+ younger in these pics.

Lastly to curb Ad's cravings for Roast Goose and Pigeon (no roast goose, no Hong Kong!),
we did a 富临 Foo Lam (Jordan) finale after a long 2-3 MTR station walk from TST to Jordan in search of 深井 and 新乐 haha. lol classic la.

Typical of any HK restaurants..
ppl playing cards, smoking, eating steamboat at 11pm...

Last night in HK :)
