Got up early to catch our flight @ 1pm…
Feel guilty not being able to have brekkie/lunch with BB who's took leave ytd just to send me off and Sat morning too. Gee.. guilt stricken since dunoe when :)
Have been longing to travel with Yoki since she's so chin chai like me and seemed ok with anything.
On board Tiger Air (my 2nd time).
Ist time I'm craving for Diet Coke.
The super friendly+smiley flight attendant.
Wing said he's q ham. hee..
bit uncle-ish ley..
Ms. Yew in HK
This is my 1st time taking budget flight to HK and we've had to hop on to a train to the arrival lounge.
Finally got to purchase the Octopus card for the first time @
150HKD (with a 50HKD mandate deposit)
Took the ride to Central and hopped on to the free shuttle from YHA.
The weather was so chilly…
Since my breakfast cum lunch @ airport, dinner was a piece of bread from Maxim and a bottle of mineral water while waiting in the cold for the shuttle. :')
After a short 20min hilly ride, we arrived @ the secluded YHA up on Mt Davis.
There's a kitchenette, dining room, entertainment room with guitar, TV + books, launderette and shared toilets. I'm honestly fine with shared bathrooms but walking out in the cold chilly mountain top to the bathroom without proper heaters, wet floors and only 2 hooks to hang everything is a challenge. Glad I braved it all despite the conditions ~ :D
Had our linens done.
Some small episodes which changed the whole plan.

*Looking @ JMS, thinking of our 1st Bkk 'episode' @ the breakfast table. 555!*
When asked 'go where' tonight,
I suggested to go LKF for dinner and drinks
since it's Sat night and it's 9.30pm…
Brought YK to Tsui Wah @ Wellington since it's near LKF and I'm craving for soupy and spicy stuff.
Tsui Wah has all the yummy stuff. I'm salivating as I look at all these food pics...
Pork and dumpling noodle soup + borsch soup.
Love the food here always. :)
But not the milk tea…. it's too milky for my taste.
Street busking with Colbie loll...
There are actually houses above the pubs and restaurants @ Lan Kwai Fong.
I wonder how they can put up with the loud music every night..
Love this pic above ;)
@ 12.30am
YK: "Go where?"
Me: "Nothing much already, ok let's go back" so we can rest for the next day…
*Good night HK* :)
