Cheesecake No Bake Recipe :)

Cheesecake RECIPE (No bake)

250g digestive biscuits

125g butter

375g cream cheese

1 lemon zest / orange + 1/3 Cup Juice

2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

400g condensed milk

Method:

1. Crush the biscuits (I've mixed it with almonds too for more goodness and crunch!) and mix with butter

2. Press it down at the base of the bowl or tin 

3. Refrigerate for 15mins

4. Whip the cream cheese while pouring in condense milk and lastly juice and zest.

5. Add vanilla essence

6. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base

7. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours!
