Wine Company @ Evans.
My 1st visit to this Evans branch was during a business dinner n drinks session. Love this place for the great ambience so I've suggested this place for our NU gathering :)
Service sucked this time.
UTTERLY.
The 2 female staff serving our table were rude and non apologetic when I spotted lipstick stains on Yen's glass and Jon had to alert them. Without even any apology, she just took away the glass (in a sulky face), poured the wine into another glass from a corner of the restaurant (within our full view) and just slammed it back on the table. We were awed. Where's the service attitude?
Jonathan and Yen were very offended and demanded to change the entire wine. Same thing, the FOREIGN staff took it without any expression or apology, changed and put it back on the table.
THIS IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT.
Not 1 but 2 staff who gave the lack lustre, in-fact-angry-expression, can't-wait-for-us-to-leave-kind-of-attitude. Thanks ah Thanks. Please don't scare away more guests for heaven's sake.
Heard that this branch is closing by end Dec this year 2012.
Good la… it can be a good change though I am still hoping for some great service and food the next time round. Disappointing. Mo-ngan-thai
