Happily went for my Wed Pilates as usual.
It was so disappointing.
My tailbone didn't seem to improve a bit since after the fall that I had during my blading session.
I couldn't do any back rolls and curls at all.
It faaarking hurts :(
I have to bend on one side up (usually my right)
and this totally defies the purpose of Pilates for me.
So I decided not to go for the next Pilates and onwards.
