Haven't been exercising for the last 2 weeks due to haze + my xxxxx.
I think I'm not eating right...
Lemme trace back what I've consumed the last 3 days.
Sat: 8.30am dim sum, 4pm snacked on cheese chicken popcorn + milk tea, 6pm 1 piece of Popeye chicken, 2am: mee siam with bagedil
Sun: 12pm 1 piece of wholemeal bread w margarine + kaya, 5pm shared Cream of Asparagus, Seafood Fettucine, shared brownies, 9.30pm: 1 stick of Korean meatballs.
This morning: 8am 1 piece of wholemeal bread w margarine + kaya, 10am Mcdonald's egg sausage mcmuffin (less bread) - colleague bought for me >< ......
WTF
I've been eating rubbish!!!
Boo...
Need to eat healthy the rest of this week I swear. ><
