Tanjong Pagar railway station (Chinese: 丹戎巴葛火车总站; Malay: Stesen Keretapi Tanjung Pagar), on Keppel Road has been owned by Keretapi Tanah Melayu KTM on a 999-year lease...With an agreement set on 24 May 2010, operations will be ceased on 1 July 2011, after which the building will be conserved and be integrated with future developments. KTM's southern terminus would be relocated to the Woodlands Train Checkpoint.
Have had the idea of visiting this train station in the day for the longest time just to snap a few before it gets demolished in a year's time.... and yes, I finally did, on this very day. Saw quite a number of photography enthusiasts doing their snaps too.
I love this shot with the 'active' train approaching us..
I love this kinda classic shot....
so sixties...
a gastronomic touch of Malaysia here at the railway station... Ramli burgers. :)
Passengers waiting for the rides..
They said the paintings on the walls... looked like those in our TMS's assembly halls :P
When everything starts to turn boring, I started our mischief..

Jumps are so random they can be so fkg hilarious. Am so in love with it after I tried it in Hong Kong. I requested for jumps all the time till the guys got drained out and called 'Tolong'.. lol
"We must jump here!!!! Dun care"
The last pic of the jumps is a fantastic shot! Didnt know that they are tearing down the station... maybe i should try to go take some photos before then... and omg that Ris Low is getting fat isnt she?
ReplyDeleteyeah U should Angel, I think with your DSLR can capture much better pics than my photoshopped ones. I don't know, I think RIS has got broad shoulders. She looks bigger in this video hor.
