Taken in 2006. Sometimes it's good to reminisce.
He's all well now & recuperating in Bangkok :) A very brave man indeed for having to overcome such physical and emotion pain and I must say, I'm really proud of him. From now on, he's gotta live his life without his left foot... I'm sure he can live as normally, if not more successful than anyone of us with both our feet intact. Like what he's always said, "I'm born to be a soldier". He can even die for his country, let alone.... R-E-S-P-E-C-T I've never seen anyone as patriotic as him. :)
As in my previous post, I got a call from his cousin that he's met up with a mishap in the South of Thai, Yala. He's stepped on a landmine while on duty... unfortunately, Aui's lost his left foot...

His soldier's eye got hurt by the fragments of the landmine.
Frankly speaking, I was worried sick on Sat & Sun. Felt quite lost not knowing how in a way I could help cos' his cousin called me a couple of time to ask me to call him. so I just sent sms-es to his family and called him. Yup, he's fine... and moving on. That was nice to hear :) He's got tonnes of friends and supportive family beside him, and that to me, is a such a true blessing. Just hope we can be grateful to what we have now... as we will never know what tomorrow will bring. Seize each day and every opportunity that comes. FIGHT!!

Hope he will be fine...
