Siobhan on TV

Saw a part of the program when switching channel from Singapore Idol's Results Show (My Sis went to watch Singapore Idol btw cos' her colleague's friend of Charles Wong.. Top 4 Idol).

Anyway, this is a Chinese program about people who has difficulty securing a job during this time of economical turmoil. I didn't know that Siobhan's out of job now and she's studied for a Degree the last couple of years... the last I saw of her was a mere few months back when Elizabeth was in town and I smsed her to join us for lunch. She's changed a lot... physically bigger, aged but on a good note, more articulate and out-spoken (something which I didn't much notice before). Her 'dare to be different' kinda attitude didn't really change from the past and this is really amirable... she admitted on the program that she hasn't been well-liked or favoured by all her bosses cos' she's not a tactful person and this somehow has landed her in situations like offending people and boss disliking her, etc. Maybe its the way she speaks... There is a strong need to change the way she looks & talks somehow. Not too much of 'GEEN' (hokkien) aka turning eyes away when talking cos' pple may get the wrong idea she's being aloof and being the least interested or impatient. However, I must give it to her for plucking up so much courage to take part in the TV program and broadcast to the world how pitiful her current situation is, video-caming her in despair, lost, etc. Damn, this is no easy feat lor. *clapclap* Hope she can get her ideal job from this program & stay with it for long.
