3.00pm received a call from Mum:
Mum: "Ling, are you free now?"
Me: "Yes, Why?"
Mum: "Uncle Ho is admitted to hospital.. Can't make it already. We better go fast and see him for the last time"
Me: "Huh? What happened? Uncle or Auntie?"
Mum: "Uncle Ho. I don't know too. Auntie KY just called and told me this. He fainted after eating his Yong Tau Foo brunch."
Me: "OMG. How can that be? He's got a heart attack or choked on his food? But I mean, he's got no health history right?"
Mum: "I don't know too. He just fainted and got admitted. I'll keep my stuff at work and let's go look at the situation."
Me: "Ok, will pick U in 30min. Ask Ah Gong if he wana go too. Will fetch U guys later."

3.30pm upon seeing Mum & Ah Gong:
Mum: "He's gone already."
Me: "What??? Gone?"
Mum: "Yeah, Auntie just called and said he's left us."
Me: " Oh Dear... I can't believe it."

Reached SGH's A&E to see Auntie AL, Son and Relative in the D.O.A room.... Saw Uncle's body lying there with a tube in his mouth and his body covered till his neck. He's pale & his ears has gone dark... It was a sight. Not eerie or gross now... just very heart wrenching... to know someone in your family that you are so familiar with has just died... so sudden. He's so close to celebrate Father's Day in a few days time... so close to see his 1st grandchild in a few weeks time... he's left the world leaving Auntie who's gotta go for her regular health theraphies now alone... Ouch... it hurts to think of all these... I prayed for Uncle when I saw his body for God to bless his family now that he's gone, for him to walk that path of eternity with happiness in God's kingdom. It's a relief for the dead but a new beginning for those living.
R.I.P Uncle...
In Loving Memory...
U'll always be remembered as the Most Kind, Helpful & Knowledgeable Uncle in Our Family.
