*it's high time B cut down on his ciggys intake cos its not looking too good on his anti oxidants count being only 14k... also to maintain a more vege & fruits diet so as to cut down on body fats and lead a more nutritious lifestyle. Dun know what he can do with the calcium intake though.. cos he's kinda lactose intolerant... maybe more exercise to strenghten the bones will help.
