Back to Good O'Days!

This week went pretty fine for me at work, school & play! Hit my Mar target and should be able to get 3 months of production bonus (only $300) by next month... but still, Woo HOO! Despite the stress from school assignments, I'm actually loving my school. I'm looking forward to attend every class, trying my best to pay attention like I was trying to make up to those playful, unattentive school days in the past. Best of all, the lecturers are quite funny as well. This semester, I'm taking 2 modules btw. Feel good meeting up with the not-so-close classmates and do a bit of chatting here and there, talking cock sometimes, just like it when they don't know me and I didn't have to put up a false front, cos' I'm just here to study, not to impress anyone. :) AND...Guess I'm really deprived of talking... my daily chit-chat with colleagues in the morning and sales talk don't seem enough to satisfy my eagerness to speak and interact (what's wrong with me?), just imagine that. I'm almost treating casual talks as a way to release my stress. :/ Went for a lil' dinner catching up on Mon with the gals to this highly recomended Korean BBQ restaurant by Eve (2Day1Nite). Hmm.. it's ok but too much meat overall for me. We all went in odourless but came out smelling like a Bak Kwa. :S Went for a Hotel Site-Inspection yesterday with my classmates - Grand Park Orchard. I really missed my old hotelier days at Merchant Court + Concorde. Many good memories there. :) I still love this industry and hope to be able to return and contribute my market worth someday. If I do maintain my looks & youth, I wanna be the Sales / Guest Relations Director! If I ever do age "not so gracefully" and become a grumphy auntie, I could be the Executive Housekeeper! Wahaha...

Met up with the GM who brought us to a Private Dining Room in Onyx for the interview. Felt like VIPS... cos' all the staff were like so polite to us like we are here to grade the hotel. So not used to it :)

Did a lil' tour with the French F.O Mgr :) The rooms are (in my honest opinion) meant for a good night's rendezvous. (U can consider if U wanna part with SGD $300 per night lol) the interior is just so lavish and sexy (i know it's unappropriate but sexy is the word). View the rooms here.
