Busy Weekend

Fri: JB w Ad, MC, Golden Mile...

Sat: Work, home, church teach 9th lesson... went Starbucks ECP w B, Ah Lu & YQ, followed by 'Dinner' at Mas-Ayu Siglap.

Sun: Bfast (Kaya toast) made by my beloved.. Lunch @ Cineleisure.. Movie w Ad, Alex & Lynn 5pm: Nights in Rodanthe (This marked my 1st romance movie w Ad... :) didn't know I will be defeated watching this romance movie. I was tearing like mad on Ad's shoulders. I really hope no one saw. I didn't see anyone cry though. Haa.. Ad confested he dropped a tear though. :p Well, Richard Gere, Diane Lane did make a charming couple in the show... I couldn't stop admiring their beauty at this age of theirs. Goodness, and they do seem like a 20 yr old on bed. hehe. My rating: 4/5) Dinner @ Jln Sultan Fishhead steamboat plus Mike & Lu... Drinks @ Arab St... Movie #2: The Coffin (damn, it sucks big time. I was waiting for more horrifying scenes, sound effects & twist to the story line! Too much of English dialogue too.. made it too commercialised & lost its authenticity of a true Thai horror movie. Ya to top that all.. Ad was asleep 50% of the show! See, how boring~! haha. My rating: 1.5/5)

Mon: *Happy Deepavali* Jap lunch @ Bugis... shopping @ Bugis Village... Dinner @ Fish & Co. , Istana. (I'm glad we came here baby to ease that craving of ours eversince then, dun know when..... Its such a nice place, I was thinking of hosting my (next) bday there :p hee. I love the location cos' its tucked at a quiet corner, I love the mood with the Live band around singing acoustic, I love the profile of the dinners being so carefree, self-entertained & least of an uptight bunch, I love the food cos' I've tried the best baked salmon here! It's what I will call, tantalising, something I will crave for. I really wana have more! Total Bill: $52..)

I wonder if I can use 'succulent' on this 2 slabs of salmon. The secret is with those black & white sesames. They added on just the right flavour to the catch... not overpowring the original taste of the Salmon. Damn.. I was really High on Omega 3 then. No joke lor. $19.90 :)

I love the fruity taste of the rice w pineapples & raisins just like the Thai pineapple rice.

The sambal tastes great on the fillet & rice too. $17.90

I will be back again for the salmon. *slurp*
