My Lovely Birthday Strawberry Cake
Didn't really party or hold any elaborate celebration today cos' the big bash was already done last Friday at Velvet... It was simply work, home and dinner with Mum & Ad near our house ^_^. Kinda disappointed that Mum just wanted to do a casual dinner nearby cos' I wanted so much to go for HK food! Though such simple arrangements, Dinner was really nice & cosy though.... & it was Mum's treat! *__* Yipps! Came back to cut the cake Ad got for me from Pattiseur & took these homely pics.. keke..

My Morning:
A series of events this morning made my birthday even more *COLOURFUL*:
While rushing to work, I met a (1) Traffic Jam & (2) 'Kissed' a Taxi's bumper when I tried to change lane (but my car and his was ok). (3) Didn't come down to take picture & write down his car plate (stupid right!!!) & so, (4) I was late for work again! OMG. Here comes the dumbest thing. I realised that (5) I forgot to scan in when I reached the office (i.e. must deduct half day becos' no record of scanning in *Strictly*) - How careless of me. No choice, (6) Gotta look for Boss to help to write-off the deduction
(Luckily he helped after my pleas and reasonings for being so disoriented! Heng ah!)

Birthday seems to imply that I'm older by another year. Oh dear, guess i'm not enjoying birthdays anymore. It's just so scary thinking about aging nowadays, especially living in this world full of competition & unnecessary STRESS from work, family & love.
