I'm so taken aback

Bro & Wife came home unusually early before 7pm.

Mum > Them: "Jill haven't pee pee"
Wife: "Jill haven't pee pee??"

Wife opened the door minutes later ready to go out.
Mum > Wife: "U bringing her down ya?"
Wife: "Then who bring?"

Those exact words. Door closed.

Am I being too sensitive here? Can anyone out there feel something amiss with those words? Don't know why. I just felt the tense straight away.

So I went in to the kitchen to walk in & out hoping for Mum to tell me some views she derived from just now. Mum thought I was hungry. *heehee*
Hai... obviously my kind-hearted Mum & 'World's Best Mother-in-law' didn't feel anything amiss. Or could she be just ignoring the harsh & tactless words just not to implicate things further? To add to my point, Mum doesn't like pets in the 1st place but has been obliged enough to take care of Jill's meal, toiletting and etc and has grown fond of her thru the days.. but its all becos' of the time she n Jill spent together. Imagine waking up at 3am to bring her down to pee, make her food so she won't go hungry... bring her down again at 6pm and make her dinner..
Fancy this reply to Mum. I'm full of disgust. Sorry.

F*CK those people who has no EMPATHY and speak without considering the other party's feelings and behaving like they're the best. I'm seriously thinking of adding one more person to this NO-EMPATHY group who has currently 1 member. This group of people ought to be taught many lessons in moral values and social ethics for all the things they've done.
