Hmm.. Really. Thumper is not what it was used to be. Now, it makes one feel more restraint (more posh looking), don't feel like dancing (used to be more R&B & Retro. Now more Pop), no more familiar faces (no more friends / regulars), more Sophisticated crowd (more uncles n aunties)! Sigh! Why like dat huh!
It used to be my fav. Fri hangout place when I started to go alone with Michelle to watch soccer. We were approaced by a group of MEN then asking the waiter to bring over some drinks and then came over to pick up a conversation and complimented me lah "I was over there looking at you with my friends. Has been a long time since I've met such an attractive gal like U" HaHa. Woo... felt q good about it lah. Was quite funny cos' I wasn't really interested to talking to them cos' we were betting on soccer. Can see their disappointed face then! Whatever, I don't care! See pic below. Was this exact nite!
Thought it was a great place to hang out then... then another week, Michelle intro me to Donovan & Francis, that's when I frequent Thumper more often with Michelle and on certain times to Balaclava. Then I called up Jasmine, then Eve (to break her depressed routine then). Slowly, I got to know a lot more regulars through friends. Thumper at that time, to me, was my Friday's hangout place then. Somewhere to chill out with friends, to people & babe-watch, to get in touch with friends and to make myself happy!
I really miss all these fun...

Thanks to Thumper that I met my Baby on 30th Sep there who made me go through great decisions and making changes to my life from there...Never regretted that :P

Woke up to have lunch at HV with B today... before gg to Ubi and Expo for the Super Imports Nite Motorshow. Had to pay a fkg $10 to enter. So exp$. I hardly pay for the shows lor. HMPH.... anyway, it was quite eye-opening to see those cars with 'bodyart' and kits. Some really went all the way to stick diamontes and air brush portraits to their ride. And of course, the racing queens. Some r really q pretty but half of them CMI (Cannot-Make-It), one even was called 'Gorzilla' (Not by me huh! By my friend, James!) Hahaha.. really. No model quality. Pity we couldn't gather enough patience to wait for those US imported Busty Babes to showface on stage cos' they were really taking way too long a time. Not my cuppa tea though. *Lucky* Had dinner at Simpang w Alex then headed Home! BB not feeling well!!!
