So here we are @ the Sofra Turkish Cafe & Restaurant, 2nd Flr Shaw Building (Tel: 62911 433) to celebrate B's belated Bday dinner!

Was already 8.30pm when we reached Bugis and worse still, the Shaw Building's carpark was FULL, or should I say, guarded and falsified FULL. Could see quite a few cars exiting the carpark but yet the AH BU NEH NEH still wouldn't let us enter. Had a hard time scouting for lots then. Drove some rounds near Liang Seah b4 we nestled at the small carpark opp. RELEASE ktv pub. Was a good 15mins of waiting till we managed to get a lot! I tell u, when your stomach's grumbling real bad and you know food is just round the corner once you get the lot, seeing someone walking to their car at that very moment and you know you'll get the lot, is a definite relief and bliss!!! They are ANGELS at that very moment! Ya, U can sort of see their wings protruding from their backs lor.. HAHA...

Finally, we reached SHAW Building. Walked up the stairs to the 2nd storey where the restaurant is located. The walk was a pleasure cos' there were pretty lil' plants, pics and decorations leading our way to the dining hall. We were brought to the window seats that I have earlier requested for. All the dishes seemed so tasty, just felt like ordering all esp. after Eve saying her colleague commented so well of the food. heee..

Couldn't really talk during dinner cos' had no voice to... If I had exerted a bit too much, my throat will hurt. Sobsob. :( Nevertheless, dinner was great and very meaty! :p Hope B enjoyed his Bday treat as much as I had!

After dinner, we headed down to BarStop (former Grill On Devonshire) to meet Mike and have a couple of drinks. Nice jazz music alongside with the great ambience and company was a def pleasure to end the lovely nite. Till we meet again tmr BB..
